  • 1 ½ lbs Fire & Salt Co. š’š¢š«š„šØš¢š§ šØš« š‘š¢š›šžš²šž, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 2 Tbsp Fire & Salt Co. š‘šØššš¬š­šžš š†ššš«š„š¢šœ š’šžššš¬šØš§š¢š§š 

  • 2 Tbsp Fire & Salt Co. š–š¢š„š šŒš®š¬š”š«šØšØš¦ & š’ššš šž šŽš„š¢šÆšž šŽš¢š„

  • Toothpicks (for serving)

  1. Prep the Steak: Pat steak cubes dry with a paper towel. Toss in a bowl with Fire & Salt Co. š‘šØššš¬š­šžš š†ššš«š„š¢šœ š’šžššš¬šØš§š¢š§š  until evenly coated.

  2. Sear It Hot: Heat a cast-iron skillet or grill pan over high heat. Add š–š¢š„š šŒš®š¬š”š«šØšØš¦ & š’ššš šž šŽš„š¢šÆšž šŽš¢š„.

  3. Cook Bites: Sear steak cubes in batches, 1–2 minutes per side, until caramelized outside and cooked to your desired doneness inside.
